These terms apply when you use the iMUSAFIR GLOBAL website, submit an enquiry, or take part in one of our delegations or programmes. Please read them before you apply. If you book a delegation with us, you will also receive a written delegation agreement, and that agreement sets out the commercial details for your trip.
1. Who we are
iMUSAFIR GLOBAL ("iMUSAFIR", "we", "us", "our") organises curated international business delegations and luxury travel experiences, and operates a Global Trade Desk that connects qualified buyers and sellers. Our registered address is 12425 River Ridge Blvd #2, Burnsville, MN 55337, United States. In these terms, "you" means the person using this website, applying to join an experience, or submitting a trade inquiry.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website or submitting the enquiry form you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or apply.
3. What we offer
Our experiences typically combine business programming — market briefings, supplier introductions, site visits, and networking events — with travel, accommodation, and hospitality. The Global Trade Desk is a separate service: it connects qualified buyers, sellers, suppliers, and distributors, and coordinates the commercial conversation. An inquiry is a request for review. It is not an order, a quotation, or a confirmed introduction.
Itineraries, destinations, dates, speakers, hosts, and participants described on this website are indicative and may change. We will tell you about any material change that affects an experience you have booked.
4. Applications are not bookings
Our delegations are invitation-based and capacity is limited. Submitting the enquiry form is an application for consideration. It does not create a booking, reserve a place, or oblige us to accept you.
A place is confirmed only when we have accepted your application in writing and you have met the payment terms in your delegation agreement. We may decline any application at our discretion.
5. Prices and payment
Prices depend on the experience, the package you select, the destination, and the time of year. We will quote your price in writing before you commit. Unless we state otherwise, prices exclude international flights to and from the destination, visa and consular fees, travel insurance, personal spending, and anything described as not included in your itinerary.
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and the consequences of late payment are set out in your delegation agreement. Where a price depends on third-party costs such as exchange rates, airfares, or government charges, we may need to adjust it before your booking is confirmed.
6. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, tell us in writing as soon as possible. The amount we can refund depends on how close to departure you cancel and on what our suppliers will release, so the cancellation terms in your delegation agreement will govern the outcome. Some supplier costs, such as non-refundable flights, deposits, and event fees, cannot be recovered once committed.
We may cancel or reschedule an experience if minimum numbers are not reached, if a destination becomes unsafe or inaccessible, or if circumstances outside our control make it unworkable. If we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, we will offer you a place on an alternative experience or a refund of the amounts you paid us, less any costs our suppliers will not release.
7. Passports, visas, and entry requirements
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, for obtaining the correct visas and permits, and for meeting the health and entry requirements of every country on your itinerary. We will tell you what we understand to be required and can introduce you to visa processing partners, but requirements change and they depend on your nationality and personal circumstances. We are not liable if you are refused entry or cannot travel because your documents are not in order, and no refund is due in that situation.
8. Insurance
You must hold travel insurance that covers medical treatment and repatriation for the whole of your trip. We strongly recommend that it also covers cancellation, curtailment, baggage, and any activities on your itinerary. We may ask to see proof of cover before departure.
9. Health, fitness, and activities
Some parts of our experiences involve physical activity, travel in unfamiliar environments, and outdoor conditions. You must tell us before departure about any medical condition, disability, dietary need, medication, or accessibility requirement that could affect your participation or that we may need to know in an emergency.
You take part in activities voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether an activity is suitable for you. We may ask you to sit out an activity if we reasonably believe it is unsafe for you or for others.
10. Conduct
Our experiences bring together founders, investors, and executives, and they depend on mutual respect. We ask you to behave professionally and lawfully, to respect local customs and laws, to follow the reasonable instructions of our team and our local hosts, and to treat other participants, suppliers, and staff with courtesy.
If your behaviour is unlawful, unsafe, or seriously disruptive, we may remove you from an activity or from the rest of the experience. In that case no refund is due, and you will be responsible for your own onward travel and accommodation costs.
11. Third-party suppliers
We coordinate experiences that are delivered in part by independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, venues, local hosts, guides, and activity providers. Those suppliers have their own terms and conditions, which apply to the services they provide to you. We select our partners with care, but we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or default of a supplier operating independently of us.
12. Business outcomes
We create the setting, the programming, and the introductions. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Nothing on this website or in our materials is a promise that you will secure a specific partnership, supplier, investment, contract, or financial return, and nothing we provide is investment, legal, tax, or immigration advice. You should take your own professional advice before making commercial decisions.
13. Photography and filming
We usually photograph and film our delegations and events, and we may use that material to promote iMUSAFIR on this website, in our gallery, and on our social media channels. By taking part you agree that we may do so. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us in writing before the experience begins and we will do our best to accommodate you.
14. Our liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunity, or for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failing to perform our obligations where the cause is outside our reasonable control — for example war or civil unrest, terrorism, natural disaster, extreme weather, epidemic or pandemic, border closures, government action, strikes, or the failure of transport or utility networks. Where such an event affects your experience, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative.
16. Website content and intellectual property
The text, images, video, logos, branding, and design on this website belong to iMUSAFIR GLOBAL or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share our pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that the site will always be available.
17. Links to other websites
This website links to social media profiles, partner organisations, and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It forms part of these terms.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force when we confirmed it in writing.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the applicable federal laws of the United States. The courts of Minnesota will have jurisdiction over any dispute, though this does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
