This policy explains what personal information iMUSAFIR GLOBAL collects when you use this website or apply to join one of our delegations, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
1. Who we are
iMUSAFIR GLOBAL ("iMUSAFIR", "we", "us", "our") organises curated international business delegations and luxury travel experiences, and operates a Global Trade Desk that connects qualified buyers and sellers. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
- Postal address: 12425 River Ridge Blvd #2, Burnsville, MN 55337, United States
- Contact form: Send a message
- Telephone: +1 (612) 707-7177
2. Information you give us
Nearly all of the personal information we hold comes from the enquiry form on our contact page. When you submit that form we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- Your business or organisation name, if you choose to provide it
- Which experience you are interested in, and the delegation package you selected
- The goals and questions you write in the message field
- Whether you asked to book a free strategy call
If you go on to join a delegation, we will collect the further information needed to make the travel arrangements — for example passport details, dates of birth, dietary or accessibility requirements, emergency contacts, and payment details. We will always tell you why we need each item at the time we ask for it.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs exist to keep the site running securely and to diagnose faults.
This website does not run advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies for analytics or marketing. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- To assess whether a delegation or programme is a good fit for you, and to let you know the outcome
- To send you details about the specific experience you asked about
- To arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, and logistics if you decide to proceed
- To arrange a strategy call, where you have asked for one
- To keep business records, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
5. Our legal grounds for using it
Where data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis — for example under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR — we rely on the following:
- Your consent, which you give by submitting the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract, where you have booked a delegation and we need your information to deliver it.
- Our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running and securing our website, and keeping proper records.
- Legal obligation, where a law requires us to retain or disclose information.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it for marketing purposes. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Our website and form provider, who processes and delivers enquiry form submissions to us on our behalf.
- Travel and delegation partners, where you have booked with us and the arrangement requires it — for example airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, local hosts, event venues, and visa processing agents. We share only what each partner needs.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants or lawyers, where they need the information to advise us.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone's safety.
Our partners have their own privacy practices. Where a booking is handled directly by a third-party supplier, that supplier's own policy will also apply to the information you give them.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there. Because our delegations travel internationally, information may also be shared with partners in the destination country — which may include the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Türkiye, Albania, Kenya, Nigeria, and others. Those countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place before transferring your information.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Records relating to a delegation you actually travelled on are kept for as long as required for legal, tax, insurance, and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiry submissions is limited to the people at iMUSAFIR who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to restrict or stop using your information
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave
- Object to our use of your information, including for direct marketing
- Ask us to transfer your information to another provider
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these, use our contact form or call +1 (612) 707-7177. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time limit set by the law that applies to you. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
11. Marketing
If we send you information about upcoming delegations or programmes, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time through our contact form. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we need to send you about a booking you have made.
12. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
Our website links to social media profiles and partner organisations. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Please read their policies before giving them your information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
